Yes, final cleaning is included in your stay at Private Homes. For those who don't want to worry about anything while on holiday, we also offer a daily cleaning service – simply add it to your booking for extra flexibility.

Yes, the garage is directly below the Private Homes. The entrance is located directly behind them. Use your room card to open the garage door and pull the cord to exit. We have marked a private parking space for your Private Home Suite. 

To switch on the cosy LED fire pit, there is a switch next to the fire pit. The entire system runs on distilled water.

After activation, the private sauna takes approx. 30 minutes to reach the desired temperature. The sauna switches off automatically after 2 hours.

We are happy to provide you with various sauna fragrances free of charge at reception. Please use the fragrance concentrate sparingly: 4 to 5 drops per litre of water is sufficient.

Important: please do not pour the sauna fragrance directly onto the hot stones, as this may cause the essential oils to burn. Simply mix with water and use as usual in the infusion container – for a relaxing sauna experience tailored to your taste.

Smoking is permitted on the room balconies. You will find an ashtray on your balcony.

There is no self-service washing machine available in the house. We are happy to take care of this for you – with our laundry service, available at an additional cost, we will reliably take care of your clothes.

There are lockers at the indoor pool, for which you will need a 1 euro coin. Yes, you are allowed to come to the hotel from the private homes in your bathrobe.

Please pay your room bill at reception on the day of departure. If necessary, you are also welcome to settle the bill the day before. You can either hand in your room cards at reception or leave them in your private home.
 

In our private homes, you will find a luggage trolley in the garage area for your luggage.

On the day of arrival, our private homes are available from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, the room is available until 10.30 a.m. Late check-out is available for a fee and can be requested on site at short notice.
 

We have a storage area for your private bikes in our hotel underground car park. Our reception will be happy to show you where it is.

For our Private Home guests, there is a ski cellar on the ground floor. It contains a labelled cupboard for each holiday flat, as well as additional spare cupboards.
